Eagle Mountain Lake is a favorite in North Texas for many! Boating, fishing, kayaking, swimming, you can enjoy this lake in SO many ways.

The house sits nestled away from the road and just a short distance from the shore. There are neighbors, however you will enjoy privacy and perfect views.

Parking is available inside the property gate. There is no parking allowed on the grass.

Eagle Mountain Lake was formed by the damming of the West Fork of the Trinity River and was completed in 1932. The lake spans 8,694 acres.

The bunk house is located inside the property gate across the driveway from the house.

The Bunk House has 3 bunk beds and a full bath.

The Bunk House has three bunk beds, full bath, table/seating area, wall AC unit, and television.

Enjoy the well maintained grounds under the cover of mature shade trees.

Room to sleep 12 guests in the house (2700+ sqft), and 6 more accommodated in the bunk house (250+ sqft).

Prior to arrival you will receive a code to the keypad entry. Parking is available right next to the house and the bunk house.

Everyone wishes they had a space like this for entertaining!

Seating for 18 to eat, play games, watch tv, and just enjoy good company.

Full sized shuffleboard table is sure to bring about some fun competition.

Dining area,sitting areas, bar, and games all in one large space for all to enjoy.

A full sized couch and multiple comfy chairs, this space is perfect for catching up and visiting with family and friends.

TV nook on the far side of the Main Living Area / Great Room is the perfect spot to plop in a comfy chair and watch your favorite show.

This full sized bar was made for entertaining! Behind the bar there are sink wells, counter space, and lots of storage.

The bar will not disappoint, perfect spot for setting up refreshments and snacks for all. Special bonus … full restaurant sized ice maker!

Spread out and still all be in one space! There is enough room here for all, this space was made for entertaining.

The house has 4 full baths, perfect for large groups. All bathrooms are stocked with body wash, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, and toilet paper.

Appliances include; large fridge/freezer, stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee makers (both k-cup and regular), toaster, and more!

Well appointed with all you will need to feed groups big and small. Should find everything you are looking for but if you have something specific just ask.

The Bunk Room has two bunk beds. There is a full bath across the hall.

The house has 4 full baths, this one is across the hall from the Double Bedroom and the Bunk Room.

The double room is perfect for 2 or 4 guests. There is a full bath across the hall from this room.

King bed, ensuite full bath, this room is a cozy and comfy spot to land after a long day of fun.

The King Bedroom features an ensuite full bath.

Sit with friends and family in the shade of the covered porch. It is the perfect spot to sit and take in the view.

Ping pong table located on the back porch so all can enjoy the game. Day and night, the porch is great place to land.

There is a wonderful swing set and playground sure to keep the kids busy.

Even the view from the shore to the house is one you will enjoy. Manicured lawns and mature trees make this lot peaceful and relaxing.

Relax and take in the view, or the volleyball game happening on the lawn.

Simply put, Bates Lake House provides you the perfect spot to enjoy a few days, or more on Eagle Mountain Lake.

Easily launch your boat right from the property. It doesn’t get much better than this.

Who wouldn’t want this in their back yard? Private dock just for you and your guests.

The dock is the perfect spot to fish, swim from, or just grab a seat and dangle your feet.

Bring your own boat or rent one, the dock is always ready for a boat to pull in.
